SA1737 is a compact rotary actuator built around a NEMA 17 stepper motor with 9:1 reduction ratio, designed for hobby robotics, custom mechanisms and mechatronic projects. It offers high output torque, low backlash and continuous rotation capability in a compact and integration-friendly form factor.

The actuator is designed to work with standard external stepper drivers such as TMC2208 or TMC2209 and can beequipped with the AA360 absolute magnetic encoder module for position feedback and closed-loop correction. This makes it suitable for robotic joints, pan-tilt systems, experimental arms, custom automation mechanisms and other motion-control applications where compact size and repeatable positioning matter.

Main features:

  • NEMA 17 based design

  • 9:1 gearbox

  • up to 37 kg/cm holding torque

  • backlash below 1°

  • optional AA360 absolute encoder support

  • continuous rotation

  • compact size: 60 × 130 × 69 mm

  • weight: 530 g

Files included:

  • SA1737_Assembly_instruction - Full instruction how to print and Assembly SA1737

  • SA1737_Datasheet_RevA - Technical data about SA1737

  • SA1737_Integration_Guide_RevA - Instructions and informations about how to use SA1737

  • Tolerances test files - Simple test to check how your printer prints and what version of SA1737 files you should use, full instruction how to do this test is in the Assembly instruction
